Elliot Strashin
CEO and President

Dr. Elliot Strashin graduated from the University of Toronto School of Medicine in 1980 after which he practiced in the community of Elliot Lake. It was during his tenure in Northern Ontario that he began prospecting and staking mineral claims. From 1996-2001 he served as a director of Maple Minerals Inc. (CDNX: "YMP"). In April of 1999 he joined the board of Canadian Golden Dragon Resources Ltd. (CDNX: "CGG") as Secretary and became President and C.E.O. in January of 2000. He is also the President of Ellsin Resources Inc., a private mining company with gold interests.
In addition to his mining experience Dr. Strashin is also President of Strashin Developments Ltd., which has holdings in real estate. His background and experience, in business and science, has aided Dr. Strashin in directing Canadian Golden Dragon Resources Ltd., in conjunction with its exploration team, into its new PGE-Ni-Cu projects north of Thunder Bay.

Kenneth Crosby 1

Ken Crosby HBA, LLB first became involved in the mining industry in 1975 as a manager with a mining contractor supplying drilling consumables across Canada. In 1981 he was admitted to the practice of law in Ontario and now practices in British Columbia. Ken Crosby has participated in the acquisition and exploration of Canadian mining properties since 1986.

Stephen Simms 1

Stephen has served on the Board of Directors as well as holding various executive positions with several public companies over the past 12 years. Stephen joined the board of directors of Canadian Golden Dragon Resources (CGG) in early 2000. Stephen also sits on the Board of Directors of EWI, which he has held since September of 1993. He was appointed a Vice President of EWI in 1996 and became Executive Vice President in September of 1999. Steve brings a wealth of business acumen to CGG's Board through his ongoing associations with high tech companies. He has worked as a consultant for several companies, including World Wise Technologies, Rampart Mercantile, Millennium Communications, and Williams Multi-Tech. He has served as a Board member of Consolidated Care Point Medical Centers, as well as serving as both a Board member and Secretary Treasurer of Park Meditech and serving as a Board member and Vice President of Pinetree Capital. Steve is a dentist by training with a B.Sc. in Physiology as well as an extensive background in electronics and computer science.


Larry Cyna 

Larry Cyna is a C.A who brings a wide range of experience to the Company. He was the founder and a senior partner in a public accounting firm. He was a director and the CFO of Belzberg technologies (TSX) from 1999-2002. In addition he is the director of a number of private companies. Currently he is the CFO of Environmental Waste International (TSX-V).
